How to fix Snipping Tool error sending email

Snipping tool is great for taking a quick snip of the screen and highlighting.  You can take the sniping of an error or guide someone to look at point and send to someone via email.
Snipping Tool looks like: you can find it by typing Snipping Tool in search of your Windows 10
For some reason when windows 10 got an update from 1607 to 1703 on some computer user started reporting their Sniping Tool not working.  They got an error like this:
The snip could not be sent.  Check that an email program is installed and then try again
I have checked and compare many setting and started digging more and more, still could not reason.  Started to look at system files and registry, everything seems ok, I knew the issues is with msmapi32.ll for outlook.
You can check to make sure your default email app is set:
Also, you can make sure your default apps by file type is set to your default email app
So after reaching a point of deleting it msmapi32.dll manually, but be very careful, it will reset your MS office license because next step is to repair MS office by going to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features then selecting your MS office and choosing to repair (you may see change then choose repair)
You can take a look at the registry to make sure it looks something like this if you are using MS office 2013
Once you have repaired the MS office your snapping tool should be fine

How to fix error while activating MS office

When you are trying to activate a Microsoft office and you get an error message saying “An unspecified error has occurred.  Your request cannot be processed at this time.  Please try again later. (080070190)” This could be due to the permission issue, in order to fix it all you have to do is right-click on any of MS office application (word, excel, etc…) and run as Administrator.  Then your Activation will be complicated, if you’re key is correct.

First, make sure you have the correct key.  You can go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features and choose Microsoft Office and click Change

Then choose to Enter a Product Key

Then enter your correct Product key, and then click Continue

First time opening any MS office application after entering correct product key will bring you to this screen.  Choose “I want to activate the software over the Internet (recommended)

Then if you get this error, which means you need to run as administrator: You will see the same screen as above in the process, but with administrator permission.

Then your MS office will be activated

Error while archiving folder …

I had outlook 2007 auto archive set to archive every 7 days, but was getting an error that says “Error while archiving folder “Top of Information Store” in store “Mailbox – Name of person”. The file then the location of a PST cannot be opened.” As it shows below, then I did testing and checking settings and repairing outlook, but did not work then tried moving the PST file to its default location it worked like charm. Windows 7 does seem to have problem or permission issue writing  PST to Documents. Best thing to do is put it in its default place.

You can also try is repairing Outlook, it will repair issues if its Microsoft Office related.
